Bookings
Studios and add-ons may be reserved by the hour. The person placing a booking must be at least 18 and responsible for the party. We may adjust rooms or gear of equal or greater specification if required for maintenance or safety.
Payment
Rates are posted in our catalog and may vary by location and time. Taxes and applicable fees are additional. Payment is due at confirmation of the booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation
Cancellations at least 24 hours before the session receive a full credit. Within 24 hours, we may charge up to the first booked hour plus add-ons prepared for your session.
Studio conduct
- No smoking or open flames.
- Respect neighbors; keep common areas calm and tidy.
- Use provided power and patching; ask staff before altering connections.
- Animals are not permitted except certified service animals.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You accept responsibility for your team and guests while on premises. Report safety concerns immediately.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to your recordings. By using our premises, you grant us a limited right to reference your show name as a client solely for factual portfolio purposes unless you opt out in writing.
Miscellaneous
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where the studio is located. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page.
